regarding customer service there is none! as far as the runners go there nice to people! the management sucks! when some one falls in their establishment they have an i dont care attitude and never think even to ask if that person is alright! their protocol for rainy weather is"iIF THEY DIDNT SPILL ANYTHING THEY DONT HAVE TO REPORT ANY ACCIDENTS! thats very un professional, and it shows that they dont care about the people they take money from because it's a family owned business! there really should be some one who is responsible for health and safety and this complaint will be forwarded to some one who will do something about it!
